A neo-Breton house completely renovated into a work and living space
The before / after renovation work
Valérie and Pierre have decided to set up their professional activities in Carantec, in northern Finistère. They found a house both close to the town and to the sea and decided to transform the house into a teleworking and living space.
The open space
On the second floor of the house, the attic has been transformed into an open space that can accommodate up to 7 people, with a small see view from one of our offices.

On the first floor, the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have been renovated to accommodate 4 closed offices than can accommodate up to 7 teleworkers.

The workshop / laundry room has become kitchen allowing teleworkers to cook, discuss and share a friendly moment with other teleworkers.

The living space / meeting room
We have transformed the ground floor into a living space with sofas and armchairs and a meeting room with a maximum capacity of 20-25 people depending on configuration and needs.

The old garage of the house has been completely renovated and transformed into a accommodation studio than can accommodation up to 4 people.
