Coworking and Coliving space in the Pays du Léon
The Desire
By deciding to leave Rennes and live by the sea in Carantec, Finistère, Valérie and Pierre looked for a space to house their professional activities. They found a house near the town and the sea and set up their offices there. After reflection, they decided to renovate all the places to install shared offices and open a space for teleworking -coworking- and living -coliving- in Brittany, thus "CocoLéon" was born.
With simplicity, friendliness and the freshness of the seaside which represent the spirit of the place, work and quality of life coexist harmoniously 10 minutes walk from the beaches of the Bay of Morlaix.
The idea is to offer a relaxed work and accommodation space , close to the town of Carantec and the sea , while being operational and serious for teleworkers .

Léon is the name of this "country" of Brittany , a former principality which forms the northwestern tip of Finistère . Close to the sea, this workspace with shared offices is a place of life which offers the possibility of working in the peninsula of Carantec in the heart of the Bay of Morlaix in a privileged environment for lovers of the coast and the sea. sea. combines work and life.
