In this spring of 2023, CocoLéon is offering 2 new formulas including the provision of an open space workstation and an accommodation studio for 2 people. An ideal formula for a week of teleworking by the sea alone, as a couple or with friends, subject to our availability.
3-day formula for 2 people
- Low season : €216 excl. VAT - €229 incl. VAT
- High season (July - August): €276 excl. VAT - €289 incl. VAT
+ tourist tax according to tariff in addition
Formula 1 week for 2 people
- Low season : €420 excl. VAT - €440 incl. VAT
- High season (July - August): €600 excl. VAT - €620 excl. VAT

The coworking space
Beyond the openspace offices , you have access to the living space located on the ground floor of the house including a kitchen, a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, sanitary area, bathroom, as well as a the large common terrace and the garden. It is possible to bring something to eat, warm up your dishes, sandwiches...
