Whether for business seminars , management committees , team meetings, general assembly of co-ownership or training , CocoLéon has the ideal place that can accommodate up to 15 to 20 people (seats).

The space devoted to seminars is located on the ground floor of the house and can be adjusted according to your needs.
CocoLéon has a seating capacity of 15 to 20 people.
The ground floor is then composed of the following spaces:
- The meeting room
- A relaxation area with sofa and armchairs
- A kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, coffee and tea
- A toilet and a bathroom
- A south-facing terrace on which a barnum (4x6 meters maximum) can be installed
Depending on your needs, you will also be able to book the entire Carantec coworking space consisting of the meeting room , shared offices and open space .
For the time of a coffee or a lunch, CocoLéon offers local catering according to your needs.

- Carantec nautisme offers many nautical activities such as kayaking, paddle, sailing, diving or water walking.
- The Roscoff tourist office offers a moment of discovery of the Bay of Morlaix aboard a semi-rigid "Vagabond" with a capacity of approximately 12 places.
- The Golf de Carantec offers a fairly short golf course facing the sea which is played between 1h45 and 2h, accessible to both beginners and experienced players.
